1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Quality, Warranties & Returns

All goods supplied are sourced from certified manufacturers and inspected against the specifications agreed in the relevant quotation. Manufacturer warranties pass through to the buyer where applicable. Returns or replacement requests must be raised within the timeframe specified in your order confirmation, accompanied by documentation of the defect.

5. Pricing, Payment & Lead Times

Prices are quoted in Iraqi Dinar or United States Dollars, exclusive of applicable taxes, customs duties and shipping charges unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are stated in each quotation. Lead times are estimates and may be affected by manufacturer availability, customs processing or events outside our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, layout and code — is owned by or licensed to AL-Fahad AL-Omraniya and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute any part of the Site without prior written permission.
